Build Advice Building a high-end PC for university and gaming ?

The cooler is for looks? It's 5-6 times more money that you need for cooling.

You are making a mistake buying 2 kits of RAM. They are guaranteed to work as 2x16Gb kits, that means without other sticks.
Even if they work without problems, your RAM will be slower as the memory controller has to cope with 4 sticks.

Because you want 4 sticks for aesthetics, you should not buy expensive fast RAM that will be gimped by the memory controller. Take a 4x16Gb kit, or 4x8Gb. 4x8 will work faster and will last a fair few years. Maybe not 7+ but in that time, new DDR5 kits will emerge so you will have upgrade options. (faster, better price, etc)

Unfortunately, you don't have too many options right now. The only Dominator Platinum 4x kit
is not white: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/kQ...6-gb-ddr5-5600-cl36-memory-cmt64gx5m4b5600c36
Presumably that's why you're going with two 2x kits. The risk is they don't work together.

My advice is don't spend huge money on RAM, two Samsungs and liquid cooling. Put it instead in a 4080 Super and a Seasonic Vertex 1200w

This build is less money, less RAM (32Gb), and less storage (1Gb OS + 2Gb storage) but more gaming performance. Hell, you could go all the way and buy a 4090 and be set for a very long time.

Only things you will want to add: add another NVMe when you need space, buy a 64Gb kit when you need the memory (which isn't likely to happen in 7 years)

If you *must* have a liquid cooler, this is the one to get: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/D6...-a-rgb-4882-cfm-liquid-cpu-cooler-acfre00150a

Aio pumps don't last forever like hsf do, can get lucky but most of the time they don't last 7yrs, more like crossing your fingers at 3 maybe 5, it is something to think about. I agree using cooler above. These days overclocking is not really a thing anymore not like the old days pushing 1ghz+. Just leave it self turbo and you'll have a great time regardless, with that said, your temps with a good air cooler + nice case with air flow will be fine for gaming.
