And For case ive selected The Antec P180 (will these parts fit?, Ive heard that video card is very large)

- I Will Not be overclocking
- The Price is not to go much more than it is now ($2,300 CDN)
- Are there any parts i should get instead?

Please give me any Tips or really any input , Anything will be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you very much - Jeff

To me that looks good. I would not change anything.

An 8800GTX is 10.5 inches long. A standard-ATX motherboard is 9.6 inches deep, so the card will hang about an inch off of a motherboard.
