Building a new computer

I'm thinking of building a new computer that i will be using for gaming and everday uses. I was wondering if this build was good with a budget of around $850.

That's a very decent system for that amount of money. It won't be top-of-the-line but your choice of CPU will give you room to upgrade the GPU in a year or so.

Would it be better if i replaced the 7850 with a gtx 660?

The GTX660 is probably a marginally better card, but it's very close. The 660 will perform better in SLI than the 7850 will in Crossfire, though, but you'd have to buy a new power supply for that anyway so it's not a big concern . Tom's picks the 660 in their "best card for $200" category.
