Hello dear members!
I'm from Bulgaria, and I live in the capital - Sofia (I'll be using https://www.jarcomputers.com/ for building my PC) and I am planning on building a new PC oriented around AMD's AM4 socket, and I currently have ~950 US$ budget (1600 Bulgarian Levas ; no shipping ).

I need to build the PC in the next couple of days, maximum 1-2 weeks.
I already have a Full HD monitor, an OS and GPU I'm gonna reuse (Gainward GTX 1060 6GBs), plus my father will pay the bills for a new PC case
and a new PSU outside of my budget , which means my budget is centered around a new CPU, Mobo, RAM and SSD
(2TB is my current goal, but if budget restricts it, I can downgrade to 1TB too).

(P.S: If there is some leftover cash, I intend on spending it on new Steam games in the next few months).

The PC will be mostly used for gaming, most likely playing CPU intensive games (GTA IV, GTA V, heavily modded SA, Battlefield 5, Final Fantasy XV, CS:GO at max settings in the most CPU intensive game mode - Danger Zone, Civilization 6, Far Cry 5) , surfing online, watching movies and listening to music.
I don't have any particular part preferences, I don't plan on overclocking whatsoever and using more than 1 GPU.
I would love for my PC to be as quiet as possible, I am building a new PC because my current one struggles with running above mentioned games.

My current rig :

Case : RAIDMAX Vortex V5 ATX-405WB
CPU : AMD-FX 8350 Black Edition
CPU Cooler : be quiet! PURE ROCK 2
GPU (that I'll reuse) : Gainward GTX 1060 6GBs
MoBo: ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0
RAM : 1x8 GBs DDR3 Kingston HyperX FURY Beast Black 1600 MHz
PSU : Thermaltake LTP-650AL2NK

Sigh, you could've parsed the information as stylized in that thread as opposed to making it read out like a wall of text. you didn't mention what you're on right now so we can understand what you're upgrading from and to note, adding an etc doesn't exactly help us understand what the tasks on the system will be since not all apps use the same resources off of the platform while not all game devs code their games to behave the same with any kind of hardware, CS:GO isn't CPU intensive, not with todays hardware in mind. Battlefield's latest offerings after 4, on the other hand is CPU intensive.

I am sorry for the misunderstanding, I hope I've provided everything needed.
