Building a new PC and using the Riptide for my mobo.

there are lights flashing that the Dram and memory have errors. We got new ram sticks since we thought the 6200 was too much for the Intel 13th gen 13700k so we lowered it to 5600 and with leds to make sure it got power. The lights on the ram lit up but it the light for them was still up. We looked at the pins and found nothing wrong with the CPU.

We could not even get the BIOS to pop up on the monitors we tried, we tried 3 different monitors with different cables on each.

We are thinking it might be a mortherboard issue and was going to get another mobo tomorrow and try it out but wanted to see if yall had any idea. We also tried to see if it was shorting and removed the mobo from the actual case.

Also another weird thing when we had the CPU removed it would power loop off.

specs:
Mobo- asrock z790 pg riptide
ram- Vengeance 5600 16gb x2
Cpu- Intel 13th gen 13700k

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

How are you cooling the processor? You might want to have the system lean on it's side, then loosen the cooler's mount to the point where the cooler is merely resting on the CPU's IHS, try and power up the system with the loosened cooler and see if you get POST.

Which slots are the rams populating?
