I was wondering about the duo 970 they are half the price. But can you fit in the ram with noctua it seems gigantic.
As for the CPU I think the i7's are much faster from experience so I prefer to go with them, and they are proven to work better for games like BF4. Finally, can you overclock with z-97a at the same level as a hero 7?

Thanks a lot for your insight man. Just wondering is the 8+2 phase power of hero 7, vs the 8 phase power of z97-a produce any significant overclock differences? If so how much do you think it will be. I am just wondering cause the z97-a is 100$ less expensive does it really have the same performance.
