So I wannt build a gaming rig, but I don't know if it is worth to pick i5 4590 instead of 4460. I might go with 4460 because I can get a discount for the 4460.

The PC is:
MOBO: Asrock Z97 PRO3 (IT IS AT A 53% DISCOUNT, WHY NOT)
PSU: Sirtec High Power 600W Bronze
RAM: Kingston HX316C10F/8, 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
Case: Zalman Z3 Plus
GPU: MSI nVidia GTX 970 + The Division
CPU: i5 4460/4590

If I go with i5 4460, I can get it for $810, instead of $845 for the i5 4590 and I don't know if it will be a big difference...

Solution
Generally I always suggest getting the 4590 over the 4460 because it's $15 more, but right now we are talking about $35 so definitely no. However get a better PSU when you are using an expensive gpu.

What I really wanna do is upgrade my system (I mean, I will keep some parts from the old one, the PSU and the Case). A friend has this PSU and he overclocked his i7 4790K and he has no problems with his PSU...

Yeah, thank you.
