Im building my first pc, and i noticed that after i installed the cpu and the intel cooler that came with it, i was left with another cpu cooler (cooler master hyper 212 evo). It says that i can make the other cooler a second cooler, by removing the fan from the rest of the parts that came with it. I am wondering if i should take off the intel cooler and put on the coolermaster cooler, or if i should use the coolermaster cooler as a second fan instead. Does it make a big impact on performance?

What?? the hyper 212 should be much better than the stock intel cooler, wich is unvariably crap... remove that intel stock one and put the 212.

and as second cooler, what do you even mean? use it as a case fan or something?

The best cooling in the world will not make your CPU faster (unless you overclock) ... But cooler solid state devices have a greater life expectancy than hot ones. Use the EVO.
