Hay, so I am looking to build a PC as so many have before, and I am just wondering if these parts are ok for each other (mainly making sure the PSU is good enough).

Intel I5 4670k
Nvidia Geforce gtx 760 (or 660/670, not decided (but for PSU sake assume the most power consuming)
This is the PSU I am looking at: Corsair 500W CX Builder 80 Plus Bronze PSU

Would have 8 or 16gb of DDR3 ram among other things!

Basically just want to make sure it wont explode, I am struggling to find an answer due to my incompetance so thought I would post here! Sorry, and thank you for reading! :)

Corsair makes very good power supplies. Seasonic is the best, they also make PSUs for companies such as XFX and others.

I will definitely be getting a new one, but I am saying that is my current one and I am wondering if it will be capable of running it considering I just bought the CPU and motherboard about 2 minutes ago *Cheers* :) Thanks for the help so far, really useful :)

The http://site is a great resource. You can virtually build your rig and paste it on here for help. This maybe helpful for you. Even does the power calculation.
