Ok, to begin with, I'm looking for a pc that is mostly used for watching HD movies/shows while surfing the web as well, (Not much of a gamer) I also want it to be as energy efficiency as possible.

Questions.
Are there any cheaper products along side these products?
Any more components needed? (Might get Asus GeForce GT 640 2GB Video Card if graphic performance not met.)

Any tips and advices are really appreciated

This will not play any games because it has no GPU, but it will stream movies just fine.

Drop the CPU cooler because you won't be overclocking and get a 350w PSU because you have to GPU.

You might consider the I3-3225 on a H77 mobo. It has the HD4000 IGP, which will probably be sufficient for your use, and is cheaper than the i5.

That 360W PSU is a good choice, but I didn't comment on his original one because it's good too, and also modular, which is a big plus in mini-ITX systems. You might also look at the modular version of the 450W 80+ Gold Rosewill Capstone.

Since you're not overclocking, switch the motherboard for a H87 or H81 board. You may wish to add a hard drive and an optical drive for your movies.
To run in dual-channel mode, get 2x4GB of RAM instead of 1x8GB.

Don't need optical or HDD, got an external HDD, and I'll be streaming through web, I haven't used CD for PC in ages lol
