Building a PC (first timer)

Well after being a console peasant I've decided to switch over to glorious PC gaming. I want to play in 1440p with games on ultra settings is this acceptable (willing to change stuff if necessary) will really appreciate feedback! Followed this guide btw http://www.pcgamer.com/best-gaming-pc/
CPU: Intel i5 6600K 3.5 GHz (want to overclock to 4.4GHz)
Gigabyte: LGA1151 Z!70 mini-ITX DDR4 GA-Z170N motherboard
GPU: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1070 FE 8GB
Ram: 16GB (2x8GB) G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4-2400
SSD: 500 GB Samsung 850 Evo 2.5-inch SATA 3 Internal SSD
HDD: WD 2TB 7200 RPM SATA 6GB 3.5-inch
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
PSU: EVGA SUperNova G1 650W
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ITX
Fan hub: Thermaltake Commander FX-10 port
Fans: 3x Phanteks PH-F140SP
Monitor: Asus Rog Swift PG278Q 27-inch 2560 x 1440 144hz
 
That's a high budget for someone that moves from console to PC. Anyway, The build is actually great. 1) What is your real budget?
2)What do you want to get from the budget? (PC only, PC with peripherals, PC with monitor, etc.)
I may be able to build a better one for you.
