The Power supply you picked out is junk. Also don't do with a low wattage power supply it limit you when and if you upgrade. Look init a cosair 430 or 500 w units. The 430 w unit on sale are 25.

Better gpu about the same price after rebate. Larger hard drive for a few dollars more. The rest of your parts are fine for a first time build.
