Ok, what's your preferred budget limit, in INR, and, are you limited to specific sites (example: ONLY from Amazon), or any, as long as they're available through in.pcpartpicker.com?
80,000 INR.
I have access to Newegg, mdcomputers and Amazon.
Although all the components are either from newegg or mdcomputers, because they have them cheaper.
pcpartpicker only shows Amazon and newegg here.

About $65.
I'd really push for this as it's the "budget" choice for gaming rigs.

PCPartPicker Part List

Total: ₹5499.00

If need be change another part to afford this as the last thing you want to do is cheap out on the PSU as it's the heart of your system and a cheap unit could cause performance issues and even fry your other parts.

I did opt for a CX 550 first.
I do not know if its true, but I have read that the CX are not really good PSU's.
I will reconsider it if you say its good.

Personally, I'd be more comfortable spending a bit more on the PSU and getting this:
https://mdcomputers.in/corsair-tx650m-80-plus-gold-semi-modular-cp-9020132-uk.html
because the TX is a much more robust design.

Then, if you need to balance out that extra cost, save a little money, change from the R5 3600 to the R5 2600. You maybe lose at most 10% performance on that, probably less.
https://mdcomputers.in/amd-hexa-core-ryzen-5-2600.html
I can fit that in my budget.
I'll consider that too.

Overall not bad - though I think you might be happier with at least a 512GB SSD.

Also - what is your monitor's resolution and refresh rate? And does it have, FreeSync, GSync, or neither? Depending on the monitor, the 2070 might be overkill for your needs.

I'll add another SSD later. I have a a 1TB HDD. I got that adata drive really cheap, so i went for it.

I have a BenQ 24" 1080p 60Hz monitor, no freesync or gsync. But I'm planning to upgrade to a 144Hz one soon.
