MB + CPU - The AMD AM3+ platform is effectively dead. Look toward the newer AMD Ryzen CPU / AM4 platform, or toward an Intel setup.
SSD - 120GB is pretty small. Also, look toward the WD Blue, SK Hynix, Sandisk x400 or Crucial MX300.
GPU - The GTX 710 is no better off than the built-in graphics on the i7-7700. Use the integrated graphics for now, then look to upgrade to something like the GTX 960 / GTX 1050 Ti / GTX 1060 6GB down the road.
PSU - XFX, Seasonic or from EVGA the G2 / G3 lineup. ...or filter through the Tier 1 or Tier 2 list. www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
