Question Building a PC - Upgrade

Hi, I would like to upgrade my PC and all I can keep are my RTX 3070, Corsair RM650W and SSDs. The rest needs an upgrade. My PC will be mostly used for gaming and streaming and Im looking for an Intel build. Im reading some articles and I can't make a decision on what I should get:
12th gen and ddr4
Or
13th gen and ddr5?

What country are you located and what is your budget? btw both Intel 12 and 13 gen support DDR4 and DDR5.

Im from Poland and my budget is around 2500-3000PLN. I forgot to add that I can also keep my full tower case. All I need is a CPU, motherboard and RAM

I can't make a decision on what I should get:
12th gen and ddr4
Or
13th gen and ddr5?

If you want to buy 13th gen before the end of 2022, I think you will limited to just a few upper end K models....13600K and above.

The non-Ks supposedly will not be released until January, but anything is possible.

Regardless, pay attention to reviews that should start showing up this week.

Shouldn't be any reason not to get a 13th gen if you can afford it.

Price gap between DDR 4 and 5 is declining. You can get 16 GB of DDR 5 for under 100 dollars.

Is it worth spending extra and get it along with ddr5?

I'd get the K rather than the KF.

You can use DDR 4 or 5 with either. In a blindfold test you probably couldn't tell the difference between 4 and 5, but you may have to guard against buyer's remorse.

"Worth it" questions are always highly personal.

Intel 13th gen cpus are widely available now and im almost certain Im going to get 13600k. Do you think it can do both gaming and streaming at the same time?

Which motherboard would you recommend to go with it?
