psu
i have nvidia gtx 750 ti(maybe i can take another of same type) or name another gpu
i will get 8gb ram

also need to know your specs download speccy screenshot it and post here.

Also need to know the make and model of your powersupply and your case.

What is your budget and currency?
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

main thing i want to know is what mbo/cpu/gpu i need to play gta 5 on high setttings. i only dont know what level of mbo/cpu/gpu is enough for this game (on high) that's why i am asking. no need for extra components, maybe operating system -win7

Amd FX-6300 ($100), Corsair CX500m ($65 I think), and Sapphire Radeon R7 265 ($150). That would be able to play GTA 5 on high.

would 2x gtx 750 ti be ok instead of 265

Yes! That would be perfectly fine, but I would then recommend this mobo along with the CPU I recommended earlier.

Don't listen to him, am3+ socket is dead and will forever be dead meaning you have no upgrade path. Also the PSU is awful. We cant say about gta v and what can run it as its not out yet and could be poorly optimized. A Buget and currency will be highly useful as everyone has one.

What are you talking about, "am3+ socket is dead", no, it is very much alive. I'm trying to help give him/her good components on a budget, and until I know that budget, those parts are what I will recommend.

Okay apart from the 8320 name me a good upgrade option? Dont say 9*** unless OP wants built in central heating into his/her case. Also amd are not looking to develop am3+. If the budget is really tight for op instead i would get the unlocked pentium OC it the when having enough money invest in a i5.
All the CX series psu's suck except for the 750w unit.
Btw didnt want to come across as rude but its real peoples money and i dont want them regretting what they have bought and get the best for their money.

The 8320 is perfectly cable of lasting the next couple of years. I would at least recommend an i3 from intel.
