hey all,
I am building a new computer and since i am a big noob when it comes to building a computer i was hoping someone could take a look at this build and maybe recommend other parts if they think other parts are better. I am bound to a budget though, wich is around $600 $650.
here are all the parts i picked:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor

Motherboard: ASRock B85M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Memory: Corsair 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory

Storage: Seagate Momentus ST500LM012, 500GB

Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 270X 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card

Case: Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mid Tower Case

PSU: Cooler Master B500

The computer should be really silent too and i have no idea what kind of parts i should take to make it less noisy (if it isn't silent enough at the moment)
I going to use my computer to play games mainly.
(BF4, planetside 2, games that are coming out and ofc Tribes ascend :) )

Thx for looking into this build and i am wondering what you guys think.

Well i do think $120 is a bit too much for me to pay for a case. If i am going to change the case, the maximum price I can pay for it lays around 70$. The noctua dh 14 is a really good cooler but i am not planning on OCing so is it really worth it just for a silent pc or are there cheaper other options?

no, if you don't oc a cpu cooler isn't necessary and not really
