[SOLVED] Building a system as close to 200$ as possible, I already have a gpu

Must Be AMD Ryzen
Needs 8gb of ram at minimum (and i need at least 2 sticks of ram, so 2x4gb)

I already have:
650 Watt OCZ Power supply
Full-Atx Case
Storage
Gtx 970 Graphics card

All i need is a motherboard, Cpu, and ram.
I would like parts to be new/ Used-Like new/ and would like if they were from amazon, ebay, or newegg
Preferrably from amazon and brand new
