Build Advice Building an office computer ?

Most of our office computers are from 2012 running i5-2500, 16GB, and 500GB SSD.
I'm looking to upgrade since I cannot (legally) install Windows 11 on these computers.
I'm thinking of building a PC with the specs listed below but not sure on the PSU, needing something cheap but still decent. There will be no gaming or graphically demanding apps.
The GPUs that are in them now are some AMD card wtih a single video output that has a dongle to split to two monitors.

I looked at Dell, and for the same price i can get a 14500 vPro, 8GB, 256GB. To get a second video output you have to upgrade to 16GB of ram bringing the price up to $900 which is just stupid for the specs.

Have you considered any of the many mini-PCs like Beelink? Those can all drive multiple displays and run nearly silently.

I am surprised by the Dell price for what you described. How many systems are you looking for? How are your current systems maintained?

Sorry was out of town for the holidays.

Current systems are all 2nd Gen intel builds, i have upgraded throughout the years with 16GB of ram and a Samsung 2.5" 500GB ssd. Technically by Microsofts specs these systems cant run windows 11..... which yes there are ways around installing it, but if i can force the company to get new systems I WILL 😉

Currently from count i need around 20 computers, most of them will only be O365, online apps, and our ERP system that runs from the server. A few of them will need some CAD programs just to view projects, so maybe a drop in GPU to help with that.

Probably the worst is our HR lady, depending on what she is working on will have Edge, Chrome, and Firefox open with 20-30 pages in each. She will run 2-3 sessions of our ERP system at a time, and around 20 Excel sheets. Its pretty much if she opens anything she will not close it. If she google searches, how to pick my nose and clicks into a page, instead of closing it when done or hitting the back button to use google again she will just open another tab and carry on.

@USAFRet All of our Dells that we bought had 3 year pro warranties on them, in the last 14 years that i have been here ive only had to use twice. Ether the motherboard let go or the CPU but they came in and replace the MB and CPU in one computer, the other was a tech put is keys on the keyboard of his laptop and some came in from behind and closed the lid cracking the screen.

So i would like to keep them as towers so i can add to them if needed, otherwise i would look at the dell mico PC's. I normally do a trickle down where i buy office computes and then after a year or two move them to shop floor. Some of them control CNC machines others or used to view prints or pull up 3d models to help build projects. So the need to add in a GPU, RS-232 port, or WiFi on them is needed.
