I am building a system based around the AMD 7750 CPU.

I am trying to find ways to cut cost because my goal is to create a the ultimate budget/performance pc.

So, I have this old emachine computer that I no longer use.
I want to gut it and use the case for my little project.

It only has one 80mm fan in the back plus the psu fans.

Is this a possibility for me to use to cut the cost of a case or am I going to run into heat issues.

AMD 7750 2.7ghz dual core
ASRock Mobo
2x2 G Skill DDR 1066
Seagate 250 gig hd

Trying to keep it under 275

your going to run into the problem that i believe emachines cases are proprietory, just buy a new case dont be that cheap, + atx standard will likely not fit in it as mentioned above
