So I've just bought all my parts for my new build and was wondering if I could build it on an aluminum table It looks like this but alot bigger

Seriously though, don't worry about your clothing. Just keep touching bare metal on the PC chassis from time to time, be careful where you grab hold of components, you'll be fine.
Sure you can... just put the wrapping foam under the chasis so you don't scratch one or other while moving it. Don't forget to ground yourself and put off static-friendly clothes.

Let's hope he's not resembling a bear 🙂 On a serious note, avoid wool/nylon/synthetic, esp. if it is a 'hairy' sweater. Normal cotton things are completely safe.
