building first time gaming pc any suggestion based on list

Hey everyone,
I am trying to build my first gaming pc. I am trying to get the most out of building it, so that it can last me a few years with being compatible with many games. Here is the list I made of the pc parts http://pcpartpicker.com/p/4PCc8d .
I researched most of the parts, but want a second option on maybe lowering the cost by getting similar parts that can give me the same performance(e.g. different power supply). Any advice is welcomed and thanks!

Took $150 off the motherboard, didn't really see what you were getting that was worth that money

honestly dont need a $50 optical drive, buy a $5 one and save a lot of money.

I wanted the wifi off the motherboard, but I could just add a wifi card right? my router is too far from my PC to connect directly.

Yep, you can get a wifi card for like £20
