Building Gaming PC - 1000$ Budget.

Hello there, I am building Gaming PC with budget around 800$ - 1000$. I was lower on budget previously so, I need a new gaming build. I am willing to spend:

250$ CPU (Not Overclocking)
250$ GPU (Should play games on ultra high settings )
100$ Mobo
100$ Power Supply
100$ Case
100$ Ram
100$ Hard Drive

Plus a little bit description along with the parts would be highly appreciated. So I could know how well parts go along each other. Thank you.

Ps. The PC is mainly going to be used for gaming and multimedia purposes (Surfing internet, videos etc..).

Appreciate the response mate. I am sorry I didn't provided this information before. I really don't need the Microsoft Windows. Can I invest that amount in something better? Also will that be able to play 'most' of the games on Ultra High Settings?

Were you considering to overclock? If so, then I would suggest a different CPU. And an aftermarket CPU cooler to go with it.
Or we could put in 16 GB or RAM, instead of the 8 GB.

Instead of that stuff, you could put the money towards a nice gaming mouse and mechanical keyboard.

I already have a gaming mouse and keyboard doesn't really interests me + The 16GB RAM would be pointless IMO. I was more likely thinking to invest in something better, like CPU with overclocking capabilities (Intel Core i5-4690K) or some new GPU from NVIDIA or AMD (AMD R9 270X GAMING 4G)? I don't really see a point in spending more than the cost of a GTX 770 or comparable costing AMD GPU for that budget because the costs will start going up pretty quickly for GPUs at that point. But yeah, a better CPU would always be nice...especially since they last so long.

Cheers man and are you 100% sure these parts will fit, Right? Since I can't refund them later (I am not buying them online).

Pcpartpicker does a really good job of ensuring compatibility, so I would not worry about that. I did double most of the parts...so you should have no problems. If you do encounter any issues, it would probably be because some part was damaged and would need to be RMA'd. Just make sure you follow all instructions well and take all precautions when building the system and you should not have any issues. Good luck.
