After looking into this forums, checking budgets builds on the web and checking around on amazon I came up with this list:

1- CPU i5-4570 3.2 GHZ (189USD) http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CO8TA4I/ref=ox_sc_act_title_7?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
2- Memory Corsair Vengeance Red 8GB 2133 MHz (90USD) http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006E067UM/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
3- Storage Samsung 840 Series 120GB SSD (90USD) http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009NHAF06/ref=ox_sc_act_title_6?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
4- Storage WD Blue 1TB (63USD) http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0088PUEPK/ref=ox_sc_act_title_5?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
5- GPU EVGA GeForce GTX760 SC (265USD) http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DHW4HXY/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
6- PSU Cooler Master GX - 750W (59USD) http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0035WTD2Q/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3KGNLL200UCI2
7- DVD Asus 24xDVD-RW (22USD) http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0033Z2BAQ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A1B16S9HEII11V

Which brings total to 777USD.

Things I need help with:
1- Picking a motherboard (less than 100USD)
2- Picking a case (around 50USD).
3- Is there a way I can tweak my build? (aka buy cheaper parts or better pats with same price)
4- All parts have to be from amazon US.

What I need this PC for:
1- Play at 1080.
2- 50-60 FPS on high settings (ultra is a plus but not necessary).
3- NO overclocking.
4- NO SLI/Crossfire (can by a motherboard that has those for future upgrade but wont consider buying 2 GPUs atm).

Solution
Under $50, there is no real good case. I recommend the Corsair 200R, a case with exceptional cooling and a lot of space despite being a compact atx case, for $59,99 .

As for the motherboard, a very good one for the price is the Gigabyte GA-Z87-D3H, for $100,24

And as john said, get some 1600mhz memory (also from corsair), $71,68...
