Im not really looking to spend over $700, that doesn't include a processor though as I already have an i7 4770k. I mainly play MMO's (WoW, GW2, maybe WIldstar).

I'd like the build to include WIndows but I could also just get that separate. I already have a monitor(as well as keyboard and mouse), it's not 1080 but I'll probably upgrade sometime down the road if that's a factor.
