Solution
if money is tight it's a nice board
if you can afford spending 20$ more you'll for example be able to afford a UD3, which comes with better audio and better OC capability
but when on a budget, the HD3 will serve you fine
a 6600k + B150 is a waste of money
the only benefit the 6600k has over the 6600 is OC capability. which the B150 won't let you do. so either go with a 6600+B150 board or upgrade the board to a Z170. the GA-Z170x-UD3 is a nice board for example.

if you can afford it, 16 GB RAM are nice.

nice build for a first timer :)

Gigabyte GA-Z170M-D3H is this good?
this is the cheapest z170 i saw :)

You cant overclock with a B150 MOBO and GA-Z170M-D3H is fine, You will also need a CPU cooler as intel skylake with "K"(unlocked) does not comes with a CPU cooler. or drop down to i5 6500 and keep the B150 MOBO.
