so, i'm planning in building a computer for gaming and some 3D modeling.
i will start building it next month, and i need some help on the CPU and MOBO.
my actual build is:

• AEROCOOL X-Predator X1 Evil Black
• GIGABYTE GeForce GTX950 WF2 OC 2GB DDR5 PCI-E 3.0
• KINGSTON HyperX Fury Red 4GB DDR3 1600MHz CL10 PC12800 x2 or 16GB 2x8GB or 4x4GB
• SEAGATE 1TB SATA III 64MB 7200 RPM - ST1000DM003
• LC POWER 500W V2.2 Fan 120mm Silent - LC500H-12

as you can see the Motherboard and the processor are missing, what i was thinking is a:

Fx-6300 with a ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3
or a athlon x4 860k with a ASUS A88XM-PLUS
or a phenom x4 965 with a M5A78L-M/USB3

i would like to keep the AM3 socket, so can i use the athlon x4 860k on a AM3 mobo? cause i've seen some post here that say that u can.
will any of these CPU bottle neck my GTX 950?
what fan would i need to OC my CPU to 4GHz?
i'm thinking in buying a SSD, is it hard to transfer a OS to the SSD? or its better to buy the SSD with the computer?

note:
i would like to have 4 ram slots
i dont like intel that much and i would like to keep the AMD processors
the computer will be more for playing games like Skyrim, Overwatch, Stellaris, Hearts of Iron IV, H1Z1 and if i can BF1 and some other FPS
i'm aiming for Windows 10 for OS
I'll play at 1080p most of the time
my 3D modeling is amateur level, but i'm thinking on upgrading my skills.

thanks in advance.

For your questions,

1, i would like to keep the AM3 socket, so can i use the athlon x4 860k on a AM3 mobo? cause i've seen some post here that say that u can.

That CPU is percet for gaming rig. Specially if you are on a budget. But if you want to keep the AM3+ socket, go with 6300 this is also a good processor. Or even go with FX 8320E. Athlon x4 860k is an FM2+ socket compatible processor. It will not work with AM3 or AM3+ socket . I would suggest to change the Motherboard to Gigabyte GA78 LMT USB3 Revision6 or even Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P.

will any of these CPU bottle neck my GTX 950?

None of those CPU's will bottleneck with GTX950.

what fan would i need to OC my CPU to 4GHz?

4GHZ could easily be reached in fx6300 with stock...

4GHZ could easily be reached in fx6300 with stock cooler. But it would be little hot & noisy. You can augment this by using a custom cooler like Deepcool Gammaxx 400 or Cooler Master Hyper 212x or 212 Evo. This will even help you get the ghz as high as 4.9.

It would be easier if you install the OS in the SSD directly without transferring it from an HDD.
