Building my first gaming pc

I'm building a budget AMD pc, and i need some advice guys.. Would you go with a Ryzen 5 1400 and a RX 580 8gb OR Ryzen 5 1500x and a RX 570 4gb. I'm planning on playing 1080p 60fps for now. I'm just a little nervous that 4gb of VRAM wont be enough

Go with the Ryzen 5 1400 and RX 580. Although you won't need more than 4GB most of the time for 1080p the RX 570 is weak compared to the 1500X. You want the GPU to slightly more powerful than the CPU. And 8GB is more future proof and some games now use more than 4GB. And not a huge performance difference between the 1400 and the 1500X.
