Building my first PC - advice welcome

Hey. I'm planning on building my first ever gaming PC and could use some expert advice on what I came up with. I intend to use the build for everyday tasks, gaming and (potentially) recording / streaming. I'm looking for very solid performance (1440p, 144fps) that'll last me a decent amount of time. Budget is around €1600 but somewhat flexible and I'm buying my parts in Belgium.

So any and all advice is welcome, especially on the questions I still have:

- Does it all work together? PCPartPicker finds no conflicts, but that's no guarantee. I'd hate it if some of the parts wouldn't fit in the case or would block one another, or something like that.

- The i7-7700k is only 7€ more expensive than the 6700k. Is it worth the upgrade if I don't get a Z270 motherboard too?

- What motherboard should I get? The one I linked is the cheapest of the ones I was looking at. Other options include the Asus Z170-P (20€ more) and Asus Z170-A (40€ more). Is the one I linked decent or should I upgrade to one of those or another mobo altogether?

- What graphics card is recommended? The MSI Armor I linked is pretty well received and among the cheapest 1080's of the bunch. Others I'm looking at are KFA2 1080 Exoc (10€ more), EVGA SC (15€ more) and Zotac AMP (20€ more). None of them are blower type.

- Finally, is the Corsair 200r a good case? I don't care much about the looks so the cheaper (while performing well) the better. The Corsair 300r is 25€ more expensive, but I don't know if it's worth the upgrade. Any other good cases with good airflow and performance in the same price class (60€, give or take)?

Edit: made a few changes. I'm going with a Cryorig h7 over the Evo 212 and am almost definitely picking the Asus Z170-A for the mobo.

For your first build I would recommend not overclocking. It isn't required to game at high settings. A good B250 or H270 chipset board and the i7-7700 will be just fine. Also, look toward a 2k display (1440) instead of that 1k (1080) panel and let that GPU stretch its legs.

Thanks for the response. A few things:

- I'm not planning on overclocking unless necessary, but I feel like the 18€ price difference for a K model is worth it just in case I would want to OC at some point.
- I'm looking to play a number of really fast games (Quake, CS, Overwatch, BF), so 144Hz is something I definitely want. I might get a 1440 monitor screen at a later point, but I'm with a full HD one for now.
- Are Micro boards any good?
- The EVGA looks like a good card, but it's also yet another 60€ above what I'm currently looking at. Not sure I can justify that.
- Will 550W be enough for this build? I figured 650 would be best to be on the safe side.
