Im building a new pc. Do you think these are enough good to run most of the games these days ARK-Escape From Tarkov etc

Also is this everything i need for a pc build

Total budget?
On the build, if only gaming, I will suggest 8600k + H5 + 1080ti and 1440p 144hz Gsync monitor. I7 will get slightly more FPS, not worth it imo.
PSU is overkill and a 650 good quality is enough.
NVME SSD does not help FPS, regular sata is enough.

The 850w is 2 much for a single 1080 gpu I recommend a 650w unless u going to sli later
Windows 10 pro 64bit is kinda better if u doing gaming also
U r going for an unlocked cpu get liquid cooling its much better if u are going to overclock later on..
Air is good but not enough
