don't s'pose you have a different monitor you could try?? maybe a friend with one...preferably an LCD??

no i tried my other monitor its also a CRT still didnt work

Reason I ask this is it is very rare that Graphics cards are DOA and it is getting power and stuff. Does the card have a lite on the back of it....my 295 has a lite on the back of it near the DVI connectors that lights up when it is connected correctly

the lite on mine is greenand stays lit if it is getting power and is hooked up right

about the pnly thing I have found is possibly bent pins on the vga connector to the monitor...other than that I can't find anything yet...I'll keep searching

Are you getting any beeps during bootup?? Also on another forum, they told a guy with the same problem to pull all but one stick of ram...it booted...bad memory module for him....another took his MB out of the case any put it all together on a piece of cardboard and it booted fine, put it back in the case and it booted fine from them on....just some thoughts!! Sometimes these thing can't be explained. other times it can
