The bold/colors thing is relatively unreadable. It's easy enough for us if you put a line between each item.
The only big deal you're getting is on the hard drive - that's pretty cheap for 1tb. Windows licenses go cheaper than $140 for the oem version usually, and you can probably settle for home premium unless there is a specific feature with professional that you are wanting to pay extra for. Windows 7 Home Premium was around $80 on newegg at the Windows 8 launch.
Yeah, these days there's really no reason not to get a Wifi card, they're usually like $10 for the cheap ones and up to 30-50 for higher end ones.
