for 350 dollars you might as well buy an xbox, 350 dollars will not get you a satisfying gaming experience with a pc. You would be wasting money on cheap parts. Save up your money and wait till you can afford better parts.

im not buying for gaming just standard use for home pc and a little gaming btw im not a hardcore gamer

If you arent gaming very hard you could get something like an APU and less powerful parts. Like:http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2526583/wts-amd-3400-msi-a75ma-g55-seagate-barracuda-500gb.html#xtor=EPR-8813

Cheers!

*changed to I3-4150 to keep it strictly under $350, if you can afford a little extra this is worth it:
Intel Core i3-4160 3.6GHz Dual-Core Processor ($106.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Nice!

Solution
I strongly recommend replacing the Coolermaster PSU. You've only given us the make, not the model, but none of the manufacturers that actually make the Cooler master units are much good (Enhance, Acbel, HiPro, etc).

Here's my revised suggestion. bumped the CPU back to a 4160 and the video card to a 250 ( a large jump over the 240):

CPU: Intel Core i3-4160 3.6GHz Dual-Core Processor ($106.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($39.89 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon R7 250 2GB Video Card ($73.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Power Supply: EVGA 400W ATX Power Supply ($19.99 @ SuperBiiz)
