Building new PC

I'm going to buy new parts to build a new PC. And i'm not so good at hardware,so could anyone tell me if all these parts would fit together:
Case: Corsair Carbide SPEC-01 Midi Tower
PSU: Corsair CX 600M, 600W PSU
Motherboard: MSI B75MA-P45
GPU: Geforce Gtx 760 2gb
Harddrive: Seagate Barracuda® 1TB
Ram: 6gb DDR3
CPU: Intel Core i3 2120-From old computer. I will upgrade when i get more money.

I'm trying to get it as cheap as possible,that's why i reuse some of the old parts until i can upgrade them.

quality harddrive
you should go for 8gb for dual channel ram
you don't need to upgrade cpu, its good and will run games fine.

Why ?
Sandy Bridge i3 2120 use PCI-E gen 2.0 and likely MSI B75MA-P45 will run at x1 gen 2.0 , if not typo .
