Are these specs compatible? I researched and manually choose the components but I'm not quite sure of them. I'm looking for a budget Pc. if any of the components are not necessary please tell me. I'm also looking for a keyboard any suggestions? my current total is 806$. I'm not looking to exceed my current total.

do you know of any motherboard which is cheaper but does the same job as the one I choose?

Is the MSI Intel Skylake B150 LGA 1151 DDR4 USB 3.1 ATX Motherboard (B150 PC Mate) and MSI Gaming Intel Skylake B150 LGA 1151 DDR4 USB 3.1 ATX Motherboard (B150 Gaming M3) exactly the same? I like the mate look and its cheaper.

No. They're not exactly the same. See the Comparison on Newegg

As you can see, the number of PCI and PCI-Ex1 slots are different. Additionally there differences in the audio and LAN chipsets as well as some other minor differences. None of which would change the CPU performance at all.
