building new system

i want to build a new system but dont Know what to choose from.
I dont have that much Money so should i buy:
amd fx 8350
8gb ddr3
r9 390 nitro
250 gb ssd
650 w power supply

or should i maybe spent more on better cpu like 4790k and worse gpu

390. Better performance but more power draw and heat. If you want to play 4k, you're gonna have to use two 390's. 970's wont cut it.

i dont wanna buy gaming only pc i would like to watch streams and multitasking and gaming

Both the GTX 970 and the R9 390 will allow you to do that.

i think 390 will be more futureproof for 1080p gaming and i think 4790k will be better for multitasking i think
