I am just in the planning stages of building a new computer right now. I had bought the MSI GTX 970 and the ThermalTake TR2 600w psu recently. I am wondering what other products would i need that will be compatible with these items should I reuse them. I would need to purchase the motherboard, case, cooling, OS, etc.....

I want to be able to use these 2 parts in a new build and that they are compatible with other components. I am also thinking about getting an SSD along with a HD.

The main use for this computer would be for gaming and internet web browsing.

So I am requesting your help in putting together a list of items that i can purchase in the near future.

Thanks for your help in this...

There is no compatibility issue with your parts to the rest of the PC.
The only thing you want to do is make sure your CPU is powerfull enough to not bottleneck the GPU. An intel i5 4460 would be a good option.

Now the problem you have is that your TR2 power supply is not good at all and will struggle to properly power your GTX 970.
