I has always got a small doubt about CPU and GPU selection when building a PC. ¿Does a AMD GPU works better with a AMD CPU and vice versa? However since AMD CPU scene was basically non-existant for so many years I just never mind it.

Witht theyr come back with Ryzen the doubt has come back! Sooo does it matters?

Besides that I have always seen how some people build budget PC with old pieces able to run games even better than my actual PC becase every piece sincronize perfect with each other piece on the setup. Somebody out here got a link to a guide or something wich explain that? For example! If I got a 8GB GPU is recommended to have 16GB of RAM because the video card bla bla bla and a CPU that have X feature and GHZ or cache etc etc etc. I want to learn about bottleneck basically and how to choose every piece accordingly!

Thank you guys for any help!

-Simple answer is - NO.

And about bottlenecking, you have to understand and learn the power from CPUs so you can use them with appropriate GPUs.
You need to have some experience in that and year or so of tracking the market.
