Question Built a new pc but it won’t get past the dram light

I just built a new pc the specs are

Rog Z790 H
3060 Ti
intel i7 12700kf


The problem i’m having is that the computer will turn on cpu light will turn on then off then it’ll get to dram show orange for a few seconds turn off then no other lights will turn on, it will get to the dram and not even blink or activate the vga light anyone able to help? I’ve reset bios and have removed the cmos battery but it isn’t helping

Rams should be in slots A2 and B2. Might want to inspect the CPU's socket for any bent or broken pins.
