The motherboard is a bit low end for a 9900k however there is little gain in having a 9900k for gaming over the 9700k especially when running a 2070 super that is unlikely to be able take advantage of the small performance increase from a 9900k. You would be far better off going with a 9700k and investing the money elsewhere, maybe a higher tier gpu. That cooler is insufficient for a 9900k and just about passable for a 9700k.
