Hi, is a built in wifi on the motherboard not going to be as good as the external ones? for example asus ax3000 or gigabyte aorus gc-wbax200 premium wifi 6

The most important thing is how are the antennas attached. The premium Asus WIFI have external antennas that can be moved out from behind the case.
WIFI 6 will have minimal improvements over WIFI AC. Unless you have a WIFI 6 router configured for 160Mhz channel width you will have minimal differences.
