From what i can see, though this is my first time building a computer, I have my cables hooked up into their hardware and i have the PSU powered on but blank screen. Case lights on, fan lights on, gpu fan spin + lights on. Cooler fan spins, motherboard lights up, no number codes being thrown on the LED on the motherboard for diags. My Screen works on my laptop, but when i hook it into my case, not even a "no signal" message. Just blank.

I can provide pictures of what the inside of my case looks like but unhooked my gpu, still no screen, unhooked one of my hard drives. Still no power. Any suggestions.

I5-4960k
Msi GTX 970 4g
Msi z97 gaming 7
2X4 kingston hyper X Ram
M6e m.2 ssd
Bx100 ssd
H105i water cooler
Hx1000i psu

Have never started up before. Just got done building it and now it wont show up on the screen.

Cable is plugged into the GPU not the MoBo. Im not sure about the CMOS jumper.

Update: I called MSI and asked about my issue and I got a tech that said I may need to update my Bios in order to run the Processor or the Processor could be dead? So i put back the i5-4460 into the motherboard. Everything Booted up like normal. Installed all Drivers and OS. Now im about to Disconnect the Processor once again and put the i5-4690k into the motherboard and hope that boots up. Im running the lastest Bios from the MSI website for the Motherboard 1.9.0 for the Z97 Gaming 7. I'll update in a few.

Cable from the PSU should be plugged into the GPU and two spots on the Motherboard
