My build:
Case: Lian Li Lancool 216 Mid Tower
MB: Asus TUG Gaming B760-Plus
CPU: i5-13400F
CPU Cooler: DeepCool AK400
MEM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600 (2x16G)
POW: Corsair RM850x 850 W
GPU: Asus TUG Gaming GeForce RTX 4070ti
SSD: Samsung Evo Plus 2TB
MON: Asus TUF Gaming VG27AQ1A 27" 2450 x 1440

So I pushed the power button, the RGB and fans are working great, and....it just sits there. No sounds, no indication of anything - definitely no post.

I've watched some of the best guides of newbie builders, and did everything step by step, but I realize I could be missing something. What are the most common causes for no post? I realize there are parts that could be DOA. I have to test my monitor, I don't know if it works - it didn't even act like it turned on despite being connected per the instructions. The power strip I plugged the system did not indicate it was protecting anything. I read the stickie on computers not posting but it was written eons ago although some of it still seems relevant. I just need some help on some things to look for which may be causing problems. I haven't stripped it down to the PSU/cooler, memory yet and tried to boot that way.

Hi,

Your mobo has a Q-LED to give some POST information. Have you checked it?
Yes, there are two Q-led lights lit up out of the 5. One is green, the other is white, the others are not lit. The manual that came with the board sucks, and doesn't say what they mean. I went to the website to see if there's a better one, but nope. Same one that came with the board. I looked all over the internet to see what I can find, but no luck so far. I've used ASUS boards my entire PC life (this is my first buid without someone helping me) and they've always been reliable, great BIOS and detailed MB manuals. That's why I've always gone with them. I'm disappointed in the manual for this one. It was lacking a lot of details.

I checked the MOBO manual right now, and yeah, it does explain the Q-LED.

Q-LED (CPU [red], DRAM [yellow], VGA [white], Boot Device [yellow
green])

Considering this, looks like you have problems with VGA and Boot Device. Pull back and reinsert in the slots and test. Reinsert cables and test.
