Built my first PC- how can I lower my gpu temp?

My case: corsair 450 d
Processor : i7 7700k W/ h100i v2
Gpu: 1080 ti FE


My rig runs at 80 degrees Celsius in ghost recon wildlands 4k ultra . With or without aa and v sync, it ran at the same temp. I have the rear as an exhaust , front two as intakes and the h100i is an exhaust . Is there an air cooling system for the inside of the pc? I have the Maximus in formula which contains a waterblock :

Would I be able to , for a reasonable price, buy some tubing/ needed accessories and coolant and be good to go ? Or is it more complicated ?

More case fans? You got the TI FE instead of waiting for a better cooling solution. The reference designs never run that cool, just look purty.
