I have a budget of £365 for a Mobo, CPU and Ram. My old parts are 6 years old.
Does anyone have the time to recommend a decent bundle or decent parts for me please?
i have a budget of £250 for a GPU but will need one that is compatible with the above,

i have an idea already and this is my current build idea.
Gigabyte Aorus Elite v2
AMD Ryzen 5 5600 4.4GHz AM4
Kingston Fury 2x8GB 3600 MHz DDR4

Gigabyte GTX 1050TI 4GB GDDR5

i can get the parts for a total of £615
are they any good and will they be okay with each other?

A 6 year old PSU will certainly be on the parts to replaceme list. What is the make and model of your PSU? As for the parts for upgrade is concerned, they seem fine.

I forgot to ask like my colleague above, you referring to the B550 chipset ATX Gigabyte board?

Your motherboard description is ambiguous. Do you mean the B550 ?

I posted previously about a bundle build but wanted to ask anyone out there for there advice.

I have £350-400 for a main board, CPU, RAM and £250 for a GPU
I have a thermaltake case, very big and plenty of room, PSU quite new and around 700W, a couple of SSD's and couple of HDD's

Can anyone help me choose compatible parts, Intel or AMD

I have never ventured outside Intel, but wanted to ask you all if there was anyone who could help me out please?

The GPU will be a problem because of current prices. I wouldn't plan on upgrading the GPU right now; anything you get for that price is either going to be used or new and not much better.

As for PSU, I won't make any GPU recommendation without knowing the exact PSU. It's safety equipment. There are a lot of lousy PSUs you can buy new and are "around" 700W.

Thank you very much for your reply, it is greatly appreciated. My build is for general use to all who think I am vague and ambiguous. i came here because i think this is a place where i can find answers to some real tough questions or challenges. this forum is huge and sometimes, for newbies, very difficult to navigate around. you answered my questions without questions and included items i never asked about. it was six years ago since i built my last pc, my budget is small due to family commitments etc. i mainly play games like fallout, skyrim, settlers, sim city, gta, using internet for general use, not a massive pc user, but still like to go on now and again and just be able to click on a game and not have to worry about crashing etc. most of the games work and i just wanted to have some parts updated to be able to at least try to keep up. again at why me, thanks :)
