Burn a 2-way DVD?

I want to create a DVD that will work in a computer and in a DVD player. Is there a way to copy an MP4 video to a DVD and leave the file system live, then burn a WMV of the same video and make it mastered? Want kids to see the video if they put it in a PC, but also want parents to see it autoplay if they put it in a DVD player. Any way to do this?

PC should have no issues reading a DVD burned for DVD player usage.
