Burning digital version of GTA V to disc(s)?!?

Hello. I bought GTA V for pc day 1 from the Rockstar store and not the cd version because I found it 20$+ off and in my opinion it was a great deal. Even though I don't regret buying it digitally I have one big concern. The game is downloaded through Rockstars Social Club client for Windows. It's a MASSIVE 60GB download that took me approximately 20-35 hours to compete. It's a pain in the a$$ really. So what if I need to format my pc? Well then you are f@cked you might say. So here's my question. Is it possible to burn the whole game folder somehow to a bunch of CDs (don't know what type though) so I can just copy the files to my pc if I format instead of re-downloading the whole game again? Maybe make an ISO out of the games folder and burn it to multiple CDs? Are the stuff that I just mentioned EVEN POSSIBLE. I mean I have never heard of burning a games folder not to mention burning the same folder to multiple CDs. I just came up with those ideas really. It would help me a lot of someone answered. Thanks a lot in advance!!

It actually mainly depends on the country the game comes from and from the retailer, but with most of them it's usually allowed, as long as you can prove without a doubt that you own or owned a copy you personally bought and as long as you don't distribute/share/lend/gift/sell/whatever that copy.

You need to read Rockstar's (or any publisher's/developer's/both) ToS, the digital retailer's ToS (if not the same as the publisher) and your country's law on the matter to be sure...
It's not really something you can accurately receive an answer for, I'm afraid.
I'm pretty sure it is since the game has been bought directly from Rockstar and I legally own it. I think Steam actually allows you to do this, problem is that the game hasn't been bought through Steam but through Rockstar.
