Button usage of Sapphire RX Vega 64

Hi all,

I'm having a piece of Sapphire RX Vega 64 (2nd hand) & i found there's a small button at the left side of the GPU which indicated below picture, I've search high & low in the user manual & also Googled it but no answer found. So anyone know the usage of that button?

This is a dual bios switch , that allows the GPU to run at lower TDP / Higher TDP
200W or 220W
