Hey lads,
I'm debating if I should buy a new PC or wait. I have the money for all the specs listed below, I'm just not sure if I would benefit too much that the money would 'pay off' - that's why I need your opinions. I built it in 2020, for sort of a mid-range budget.
Specifications are as follows: RX 570 ASUS ROG STRIX 8GB, Ryzen 5 1600AF, 16GB RAM 2600MHz, 250GB SSD, 1TB HDD, ASUS Prime A320-K, a basic PSU that works - not sure of the model and the W power.
My question is - should I buy a new PC with the following components:
RTX 3070 Vision 8GB
Ryzen 5 5600X
ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING
CORSAIR 16GB 3200MHz
Cooler Master 750W PSU
I play games like RDR2, Cyberpunk 2077, MSFS, Watch Dogs Legion, FH5, FIFA etc. - all in 1440p. MSFS is the most played game, hence it's bolded.
All opinions are greatly appreciated!

In what way is your current system not meeting your needs?
RX 570 is beginning to stutter on games it didn't stutter before. Also, the FPS is not really great - the most played game of mine, MSFS, on Medium settings gets 15-20FPS, while Cyberpunk has 35-45FPS on everything Low. Watch Dogs is stuttering - as usual but is playable on Med-High. And RDR2, Medium settings is 40-50FPS.

I'm more of a visual guy for gaming and being able to see the beauty of a game is truly a gamechanger for me - if you can understand that

If you wanted to look at this from a performance to money upgrade...

Check to see if there is a supported BIOS for your current motherboard to update to Ryzen 5xxx support. If it does, the 5600X is quite efficient for the performance and I suspect that the A320 board you have would probably do fine with it. I would consider staying air cooled and probably a downdraft CPU cooler to boot. (which is handy with Ryzen stock cooler). This should preserve your OS license and make the update pretty easy. If you think you might want to update to a more powerful CPU of this generation (rather than updating to the new shiny) down the road you should consider a higher quality motherboard.

You could readily pick a GPU that fits within your case and pair it with a good quality and appropriately sized PSU. A 3070 is absolute overkill for 1080/60 gaming but given its current pricing and performance it seems like a smart bet moving into the future some, with realistic expectations.

It would probably also be a good idea to consider a faster RAM, perhaps even higher capacity.

Lastly, it may be worthwhile to consider either updating your OS drive to something larger, or perhaps either way bigger, or solid state storage in place of that HDD.

If you were to consider this, make sure to triple check the notes as to whether your motherboard supports those BIOS updates as well as clearly understanding the order in which you must do them. I would also be sure that you can update all the way to 5xxx support while using a "1xxx" CPU. I could be remembering incorrectly but seem to recall something about the "AF" designation of that CPU actually being recognized as 2xxx? I may be completely manufacturing that memory, just now....but anywho, be clear that you know the BIOS can be made ready for the 5xxx. I would also suggest doing that homework for the upgrade mobo you are looking at as well.
