Buy a SSD or upgrading RAM

My machine has 8Gb or RAM(single) and no SSD. Should I buy a SSD or another RAM stick. Sometimes my usage took up to 90% of RAM. Is it good using SSD for pagefile. Thanks in advance.

90% ram usage is alot, i'd say get another 8gb of ram before getting an ssd.

this is same problems I've got and I want upgrade ram first but my ram is Crucial CT4G4DFS824A DDR4 8GB 2400MHz CL17 but in my country i find this ram : https://technosun.ir/%D9%BE%D8%AE%D8%B4-%D8%B9%D9%85%D8%AF%D9%87/hardware/ram-hardware/
can i change with any of them?
